Cancellation Policy

Skin Wise Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Skin Wise, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our providers dedicate time specifically for each client, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating others who are waiting for appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policy.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is securely stored through our booking platform and will only be charged in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments will incur a $100 no-show fee, charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled based on provider availability. If your appointment cannot be completed due to your late arrival, the $100 late cancellation feemay apply.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments scheduled within the 48-hour cancellation window are considered final. Once booked, they are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy.

Medical Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies and serious illnesses can occur. Skin Wise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation or no-show fees in the event of documented emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Any waiver is made on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a precedent for future appointments.

Memberships & Prepaid Services

Clients with memberships or prepaid services are also subject to this policy. The $100 cancellation or no-show fee applies regardless of membership status or prepaid treatment balances.

Card Authorization

By scheduling an appointment with Skin Wise, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, or unpaid balances in accordance with this policy.

Repeated Cancellations

Skin Wise reserves the right to require prepayment for future appointments, limit online booking privileges, or decline future scheduling for clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to attend scheduled appointments.

Policy Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment with Skin Wise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Appointment, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy.
